Pressure Vessel Inspection
In accordance with AS/NZS3788, State and Federal legislation requires the regular in-service inspection of pressure vessels, to ensure continued safe use. This includes testing/replacing the safety valve in your air receiver, every two years.
Compressor Systems’ staff are qualified, trained to industry standard, and are fully equipped to perform on site pressure vessel inspections.
We will arrange a suitable time for one of our experienced technicians to inspect your air receiver and, on completion, you will receive a detailed Pressure Vessel Inspection report, in compliance with AS/NZS3788 Standards.

Compressor Systems uses technically superior CS Instruments ultrasound leak detectors in support of its thorough air leak testing. We’ll provide you with a detailed Leak Detection Report (including images) which identifies the issue (as well as cost-saving opportunities!); and schedule a time to fix the leaks to ensure system efficiency.
